after anna's bbq thursday nite, i did nothing the whole weekend.
canada day:
went to lunch w/ my parents, came home and got sick. salmonella poisoning...-_-*
saturday:
taught from 2:00-3:30. got home by 4:30 O_o
spent the whole day sick, sitting in front of the t.v. watching live 8 and feeling sorry for all those ppl who actually decided to head over to barrie and fry in the sun, unable to actually see what's going on on the stage. mwahahaha the smarter ones stay @ home and watch t.v.!!!
sunday:
taught from 11:00-12:00. got home around 12:30 o_O
E3 meeting from 1:00-2:30. got quite a bit done in terms of planning our nite market booth ^__^
lived off of juice boxes and soda crackers the whole day to clear out my stomach. it did stop the pain...
today:
the ufficio scavi (excavations office in charge of arranging tours of the necropolis/city of the dead underneath the grottoes underneath st. peter's basilica) contacted me back with a date and time!! omg we're going to go see the city of the dead! ^____^
had a sandwich this morning and my stomach's not feeling too well again -_-*
right after i got anne's b-day e-mail and discovered such a thing as summerlicious, i made my mom call canoe. i'd found out about winterlicious too late in january, so there was no way we could get reservations. this time, we got it!!! ^_______^ SOOOO HAPPY! YAY WE'RE GOING TO CANOE!!!
going to go teach in about an hour. there's a lot of vague rumbling going on up in the sky *looks out the window* it seems about to rain.
spent a lot of time today trying to come up with a schedule for rome. *can't wait to go!!*
of late, i've developed a strange habit of waking up around 5:00 in the morning and reading. i go back to sleep around 6:00 or 7:00 and then wake up again at 11:30 hehe. i usually get sleepy again around 10:00 at nite. i think i'm sleeping too much...and too irregularly. ah well, i'm stocking up for september!!
looking over my datebook for the next few weeks, all i can see are scribbles. everything is so tightly packed - it's a terrific mess! i don't know how i'm going to survive. and i thought this was going to be a relaxing summer...=_=
