alrighty, i'll blog in detail about tuesday now ^__^.
i was supposed to meet up w/ sakura @ sheppard station, but i ended up running into her @ north york centre hehe. we got off @ queen's park 'cuz i had to do some photocopying over @ alicos on college, while sakura went to get a metropass from sac. unfortunately they ran out of metropasses for june already, but i actually bumped into rosa @ alicos ^__^ i haven't seen her for sooo long! *hugs* went to the discount bookstore w/ her afterwards, then headed towards the arts & sci registrar's office @ sid smith with sakura to order a transcript. on the way, we ran into wendy - another person we haven't seen for a while!
luckily there wasn't much of a line-up @ the registrar's office...and the secretary was strangely in a good mood o_O usually they're a bit crabby. must be the good weather + air con + not a lot of ppl there.
we found the jap. place on charles st. and it was soooo good! i ordered a beef okonomiyaki and sakura had a pork one w/o green onions, then we shared a yakisoba ^__^ it was a LOT of food. next time, we'll order less or get more ppl to come with us so we can share and try lots of different stuff!
there was this HUGE insect on the table next to us that sort of resembled an ant, but with huge wings. it was a little creepy watching it crawl around the table, particularly when it seemed about to fly onto our table. in short, we freaked out. thank god the waiter came by and exterminated it.
i had to speed walk to class after dinner so i could get a half decent seat. these fine arts history students are nutty - they get to class so early, it's insane. i still had 20 minutes to go before class started when i got there, and since i know some of the ppl around me and they could watch my stuff, i RAN (and i mean RAN) over to maclennan to pick up my lab stuff.
i ransacked my TA's box for my stuff lol...completely ruined any semblance of order there was to it...not like it was in order anyways, or else i would have found everything a lot sooner. as it was, i could only find my lab book before class started.
after class, i gave it one more shot and found my lab report too. the ttc was sooo annoying that day. i had a piano thing @ euromusic at 9:00, which would have been a little bit of a rush, considering how my class ended at 8:00. the train booted all of us off @ lawrence station and i had to wait for another one, which put me waaay behind. it was sort of funny though, because some of the ppl in my class were on the next train that came along...hehehe...it was a big "well, hello again!" ^__^
