i can't rmb what i blogged about last time and i don't feel like reading my last blog. all i can say is that if anybody wants to see pics from hawaii, access 'em here. the site is still under some construction, but it should all be done before school starts (which is in a day...aaaaah!!!). i'll probably comment more extensively on my trip on some other blog. anyways, i got back from hawaii on thursday after taking the red-eye from hawaii to vancouver and then a super early plane connection from vancouver to toronto. the most uncomfortable plane rides ever! if you don't account for the time zone changes, i was officially on a plane for about 18 hours >-< we got home and it was a mess so the rest of that day was spent cleaning everything up and unpacking. we went out to dinner @ east side mario's because there was a line-up at the chiu chow place. then we drove over to my grandparents' and give them some of the stuff we bought in hawaii (a bracelet for my grandmother and a hawaiian shirt for my grandfather ^___^).
i checked my grades a few days later and was quite surprised. my profs are super nice! they added on a lot of bonus marks - there's no way i could have gotten those marks otherwise, any which way you choose to calculate them. awww i'm going to miss going to shakespeare. that was fun. now i've gotta get ready for my new courses...hopefully they'll be okay.
sunday nite was fun - we were going to watch love actually at angela's and we kinda did...but then it skipped and there was no sound! we then switched to watching wrong turn which was curiously funny (mountain men snorting around are highly amusing). it was nice to see everyone again before uni starts. i haven't seen joyce since new year's!!! wow those two-bite brownies are really good. geez...missed out on them all throughout high school lol.
oy...i'm peeling so much from the sun burn -_-* teaches me to use sunscreen properly. i was on waikiki beach for something like 5 hours and uh...let's just say the next few days were extremely painful. a week later and my legs are still red *sigh* i hope i don't have to go see a doctor 'cuz then i'll get yet another lecture about sunscreen.
anyways, my mommy still hasn't come home yet and it's kinda late. i'm not hungry or anything, but i wish she'd get back so i can bug her to go out or something. i've been at home for the past 2 days and i don't wanna stay in the same house for another 24 hours. ooooh on a good note, there's a csi marathon running all week on spiketv (ch. 32) so guess what i did all day yesterday and this morning???
