lol i haven't updated in a while. wow...quite a while.
i guess i've just been really busy. really, really busy. but hey...SNOW DAY!!!! ^___^ here's to hoping tomorrow's a snow day too! yesterday was soooo bad. we heard that classes after 5 were cancelled but UNFORTUNATELY my last class (well, tutorial) ended at 5 so i didn't really get to skip anything. but the economics test was cancelled for all those eco ppl so they must be happy ^_^. AND i didn't fail my calc test so i was super happy. and i'm still happy right now hehe. i started screaming "i didn't fail" when i got it back lol. i didn't look, but i'm sure my whole tutorial gave me one weird look. i didn't get a lot of the questions right 'cuz i can't add, find a common denominator, or copy questions properly >-< but they gave me a lot of part marks for actually doing the work...even tho the answers were completely wrong. it's so sad...i don't know why i'm taking calc if i can't even copy the right numbers down! but anyways...it's over! for now...until march 10th. i think i might pass this course after all *whew*
i went to the trin math aid centre afterwards for help on a problem set question, so by the time i was walking to st. george station it was 'round 6:00 and the snow was pretty bad. i couldn't see in front of me, and the entire sidewalk was covered with at least 10 cm of snow, and there was just this thin trail near the curb that was walkable. half the ppl were just walking on the actual road...which wasn't too safe with the slippery surface and oncoming traffic.
anyways, u of t closed for today, but i don't have class tuesdays anyways this term, so again...i'm not skipping anything -_- i'm supposed to be working on my calc problem set but i decided to update this thing. dust off the cyber cobwebs hehe.
i'm sooo mad that they haven't posted the architecture lecture powerpoint slides onto the site 'cuz i can't type up all my notes until they do! my notes are kinda incomplete 'cuz i expected to be able to copy some of the stuff off the slides, but it's almost been a week and they haven't posted it! and i'm starting to forget what those incomplete sentences were supposed to say...grrrrrrrrr and i need these notes in order to do my assignment!
i can't believe this...i have to wander 'round downtown and find the TD centre, stand outside it and take pics of it and take notes on it in the middle of a blizzard. and then i have to find another building to compare it to. it's going to be very, very coooold. the prof's trying to kill us! >-<
aside from that, i like that class. a lot of older ppl there...i dunno why...it's a first-year course, but the stuff we learn is really cool ^_^
