yay! power! dunno how long it's gonna last...hopefully forever ^_^
k, i was going to blog yesterday about how i was @ ikea and all of a sudden i realized they were playing BLACK BALLOON!!!! that song was never released as far as i know, so i was freaking out the whole time and nobody knew why hehe. found a nice chest of drawers to replace the one that i have now but we were going to go back later w/ my dad to get it. then we went to bayview village and i bought another skirt =) and it was totally on sale...got it for under $20 when it was originally $45. when i got home, of course, there was the stupid blackout...interrupted my solitaire game and my song! how rude!
basically spent the whole day bored trying to keep cool. today it was mostly the same, adding on a really long walk ('bout an hour) w/ my dog from cummer to finch >-< i didn't realize how hot it was and i didn't bring a hat, water or anything. it was a miracle i made it alive back home 'cuz i had to carry my dog every couple of feet. apparently she doesn't like walking on major routes or in the heat.
the only bad thing about having power is that it mean i'm probably going to have to go thru w/ that flute exam tomorrow *sigh*. gotta go practice then, i guess.
