HAPPY B-DAY ANNA!!! ^_________^
it was so much fun today! got to her house 'round 12 and got to see so many ppl i haven't seen/talked to since prom =) at 1 we started heading to the ranch to go horseback riding. it took a really long time getting there and we took a wrong turn but it was all good. we had to sign in, got on our raincoats, and us ppl under 18 had to wear helmets (except jessica *ahem*). my horse was either bud or briar...hehe...never quite caught his/her name. kept on turning his/her head either to eye me or see who was behind and wouldn't much the way i wanted him/her to go. walked me right against trees so i ended up w/ branches in my face lol. the trails were so rocky and muddy, the horses were slipping a bit and it was drizzily. after a bit of walking (my horse didn't want to walk half the time so ended up being the last person following our guide), we went a bit faster...trotting faster hehe. it was so bouncy tho =P couldn't really keep my butt in the saddle. we rode for about 2 hours, then had food in a golf-looking tent w/ this really old stove. snacks, pizza, and cake w/ pink ice cream!!!! hehe half the teddy grahams were missing limbs so hanna called the ones who were intact teddy grahamivores 'cuz they must've gotten a little bit cannibalistic while in the package. chimine's lemonade pouring is a little scary - filled my cup all the way up so i couldn't move it! then she made a graveyard out of her ice cream for the various teddy graham limbs. appetizing =P
Then we went for a hayride and on the way this huge spider that was just gigantic was on anna TWICE. hehe it was the b-day spider! good thing chimine spotted it on the hay bale next to her, got it to climb on a piece of straw and threw it overboard. *whew* this border collie kept on following us but he wouldn't get up on the waggon. such a smart puppy...he was herding the horses over to another field. along the way, the lady driving the tractor untied some bales of hay and got us to throw out handfuls for the horses to eat later.
drove back to anna's house and devoured more munchies, started to watch enemy @ the gate and then started to watch dogma. then me and chimine got picked up to go home. took a biiiiig shower and got the horsie smell off of me =) waiting for the soreness to begin...
